Plastic film tips
Common for shoelaces, drawstrings, many cords and bag-handle ropes. Send the lace sample, film type and tip length.
- Plastic or acetate film sample
- Tip length and lace diameter
- Hourly output and voltage

Credit Ocean builds aglet machines for shoelaces, cords, ropes, leather cords and elastic tapes. Choose the end style first, then send the sample, tip length, output target and voltage for a factory quote.

Choose the finished end before the machine. A plastic film tip and a metal aglet need different feeding, forming and checking.

Common for shoelaces, drawstrings, many cords and bag-handle ropes. Send the lace sample, film type and tip length.

Used for premium laces, leather cords and stronger end holding. Send the metal tip sample, cord diameter and required length.
Tipping comes after lace or cord making. Check product material before deciding feeding, cutting and end finishing.
Lace-end finishing for sneakers, sportswear and garment drawstrings.
Thicker rope-style handles need diameter and end style checked first.
Metal aglets are used when the end must hold stronger material.
Elastic materials need length control and protective stop functions.
These are common Credit Ocean setups, not the full configuration list. We confirm the final machine after checking your product sample, end style and output target.

The machine must hold the lace straight, form the end, cut to length and keep repeated pieces consistent during long runs.
The lace, cord or tape is guided into the working area with stable alignment.
Plastic film tipping or metal aglet forming is applied according to the end style.
Finished length and tip length are controlled for repeated SKU production.
Finished laces are collected for packing, and counting can be added when the setup requires it.
Watch feeding, end forming and output consistency. Send your own lace or cord sample when you need a machine recommendation.
Use the same sample to confirm the machine, tipping film or metal tip. Forming and cutting parts should match the final setup.
Plastic film for common shoelace and cord tips. See shoelace tipping film.
Metal aglets for premium laces, leather cords and stronger holding.
Guides, cutting parts and forming parts are supplied according to the chosen setup.
