Precision winding focuses on controlled yarn placement and repeatable package density. High-speed thread winding focuses on faster output for cone, column or horn-shaped packages. The right choice depends on the yarn, target package and next textile process.
What is the difference between an automatic thread winder and a thread rewinder?
An automatic thread winding machine is used for multi-spindle cone or thread-package production and higher output. A thread rewinder is better for smaller bobbins or tubes and controlled rewinding work. The right machine depends on package size, winding method and required output.
Do the listed speeds apply to every yarn?
