Credit Ocean has made textile machines since 2002. We build needle loom machines for webbing, ribbon, elastic tape, straps, bandage and jacquard tape. Send the tape width, material and pattern. We match the loom type, spaces and take-up, then quote the machine.
A 25 mm webbing strap, a 60 mm elastic band and a logo tape do not run on the same loom. Send the tape photo, finished width and yarn first; then we choose reed width, spaces, tension and pattern control.
Most plain tapes use a narrow-fabric or shuttleless needle loom. We check width, yarn, edge and output.
Stretch, tension and take-up matter. Send the elastic type and finished width.
Logo, letters and pattern tape usually need a computerized jacquard needle loom. Send artwork, colors and pattern repeat.
Woven labels, cutters and hand looms are different products. We quote them separately.

Use the finished tape to choose the loom: webbing, ribbon, elastic tape, jacquard tape, curtain tape and bandage tape need different settings.
Most quotes start from the tape structure: plain webbing, elastic tape, jacquard tape, ribbon or bandage tape.

For webbing, plain tape, straps and regular narrow fabric.

For efficient elastic and non-elastic tape production.

For logos, letters and patterns woven into the tape.

For higher output when two decks fit the tape structure.

For satin ribbon, grosgrain ribbon and narrow trims.

For elastic or medical bandage tape before rolling and packing.
At the quotation stage, we check the tape width, tape count, reed width, heald frames, pattern repeat, yarn, take-up and output target. These points decide the loom configuration.
4–8 installation lines, 8–24 strip lines, 16 shedding frames and back winding.
2 or 4 spaces, 1–3 pockets, 16 harness frames and pattern chain 1:8,16–48.
2–6 weaving heads, 8 frames, 1.1 kW motor and pattern chain 1:8–1:48.
1 or 2 tape lines, 12–16 heald frames, weft storage and speed converter.
| Tape project | Machine group | Parameter points we check | What to send |
|---|---|---|---|
| General webbing or elastic tape | Narrow fabric loom or shuttleless needle loom | Tape width, number of spaces, yarn, tension, take-up and local voltage | Tape photo, width, material and output target |
| Ribbon or velvet-style tape | Ribbon needle loom or velvet ribbon loom | 4–8 installation lines, 8–24 strip lines, 15–62 mm textile width, 16 shedding frames, 48 pattern circulations and mechanical stepless speed adjustment | Ribbon width, texture, material and sample photo |
| Jacquard or logo tape | Computerized jacquard needle loom machine | 2–10 tape lines, 30–110 mm reed width, 6 heald frames, 8–48 chain links, USB / electronic control and selected jacquard capacity | Artwork, colors, repeat size, tape width and sample |
| Extra-width tape or belt | Extra Width Fabric Needle Loom | 1 or 2 tape lines, 110–600 mm max reed width, 12–16 heald frames, weft storage method, pattern repeat, weft density and speed converter | Reed width, tape count, yarn and tape use |
| Curtain tape | Curtain Tape Weaving Machine | 2 or 4 spaces, 84 or 110 mm max reed width, 1–3 pockets, 16 harness frames and pattern chain 1:8,16–48 | Pocket number, tape sample and width |
| Bandage tape | Bandage Needle Loom | 2–6 weaving heads, 65–220 mm head width, 8 frames, 1.1 kW motor and pattern chain 1:8–1:48 | Bandage width, elasticity and roll format |
If the sample is a woven label, cutter or packing request, we quote that machine separately.
Watch a computerized jacquard needle loom running with pattern control and take-up. For a quote, send artwork, tape width, colors and repeat size.
For plain webbing, ribbon, elastic tape or bandage tape, send the tape sample; the loom setup will be different.

We check the tape sample before quoting and run-test the machine before shipment. We also check voltage, take-up, spare parts and export packing.
Needle loom is one step in a tape line. Yarn preparation, cord braiding, lace tipping or label weaving may use a different machine.

For the first quotation, send a tape photo or sample, finished width, material, pattern and destination country.
Questions buyers often ask before choosing a needle loom, narrow fabric loom or jacquard tape machine.
Send one tape photo with finished width and material. We reply with the closest loom type and the remaining details needed for price.
