Woven label, printed label or sewn-on label?

A woven label is made from yarn on the loom. A printed label uses ink on ribbon. A sewing machine attaches a finished label to the garment.

Use this machineLOGO

Woven label

The logo and letters are formed by warp and weft yarn. Use it for care labels, brand labels, satin labels, taffeta labels and damask labels.

Different process

Printed label

Ink is printed onto blank ribbon. It can look similar from far away, but the production machine is different.

Different step

Sewn-on label

A sewing machine attaches the finished label to fabric. It does not weave the label itself.

Show us the label before choosing the loom

For label weaving, logo detail, color count, width and finish style decide the setup. We check these details first, then choose the jacquard head, working width and cutter.

Choose the jacquard head by logo detail

Fine letters, dense damask and photo-like patterns need more jacquard hooks. Simple care labels and standard brand marks need fewer.

Cutting and ironing after weaving

The loom first weaves the labels as a continuous strip. The thermal cutter seals and separates each piece, and the ironing plate lifting system keeps the label flat.

Before shipment and setup support

The loom is only one part of the delivery. Before packing, we confirm the ordered jacquard, cutter, ironing unit, electrical setup and accessory list, then run the machine against the confirmed order details.

Label requirement check

We review the logo detail, finish style and electrical needs before selecting the jacquard hooks, working width and cutter.

Run check before packing

Before packing, our team runs the machine and checks it against the confirmed order details.

Accessory list

We confirm the thermal cutter, cutter wire, harness cord, healds, drop wires and tools that should ship with the machine.

Installation plan

We agree the installation and operator-training plan with the order, so your team knows what to prepare before the machine arrives.

Label weaving machine FAQ

What labels can this machine system weave?

It weaves thread-formed woven labels such as taffeta labels, satin labels, damask labels, care labels, brand labels and jacquard label tapes.

Is it for woven labels or printed labels?

It is for woven labels. The logo is formed by yarn on the loom. Printed labels use ink on ribbon and need a different process.

How do you choose the jacquard head?

We check the logo detail, small text, repeat and label width. Simple care labels need fewer hooks; damask logos and small lettering need a higher hook count.

What information should I send for a quote?

Send artwork or a label photo, finished size, color count, yarn or material, finish style, voltage and destination.

Can the machine cut and iron the labels?

Yes. The thermal cutting system seals and separates the woven strip, and the Ironing Plate Lifting System helps keep each label flat after weaving.

Do you supply only one configuration?

We start from the main 8-color taffeta build and adjust the jacquard head, cutter, voltage and accessories based on label requirements.

Do you sell used woven label machines?

We supply new configured label-weaving machines rather than used looms. If you are comparing options, send your label requirement and we can explain the differences in configuration, parts and support.

How is the price decided?

The price depends on jacquard head, working width, color count, cutting, ironing, electrical setting and accessories. We quote after reviewing the label requirements.

Send your label details for a machine quote

Send artwork or a clear woven-label photo with width, colors, finish style and voltage. We will check the jacquard head, cutter and accessories before quoting.
